Casa Sa

Casa SA is part of a residential building with an exclusive view of the Gulf of Catania. Designed by a special architect, the grandfather of the clients, the building was completed in the late seventies, and from an architectural point of view it refers to a “modern” taste, with a simple volume marked by large windows and an alternation of balconies and loggias that extend the spaces housing to the outside.

In rethinking the layout of this apartment, the common areas have been reorganized to benefit from the large level terrace, the green spaces and the panoramic view.

The finishes of the floors and walls create a dialogue between inside and outside, the custom furnishings integrate with the partitions dividing the space, creating hidden openings, containers, bookcases
